Ectomorph – Leaders in Latex Fashion

Ectomorph is a leading fetish fashion company, established in London in 1985 by designer Krystina, fresh out of the Royal College of Art, where her thesis focussed on the connection between sexuality and fashion. The company has a unique technique of stitching and then glueing latex to achieve a more structured look. This is very different from the multitude of companies who only glue their rubber garments

The fetish fashion label Rosengarn was founded by Karin Plum in 2004 in Geilenkirchen-Prummern – a small German village between Aachen, Köln and Düsseldorf. As an alteration tailor for a fetish store, Karin already had practical experience with latex, PVC and leather over many years. During that time, she developed a big passion for latex and this turned into her own label: Rosengarn.  Karin designs and creates extravagant outfits for women and men at affordable prices.

Your very finest fetish images can now be reproduced at the highest gallery quality as fine art giclee prints, on archival-rated canvas or specialist art paper with a life expectancy of 85 – 100 years. Your canvas giclee prints can be “gallery wrapped” for you using heavy duty wooden stretcher bars, making the exhibition or hanging of your prints simple, without the need for any additional framing or mounting. And, if a large photo print is all you need, your images can be printed on highest quality photo paper at very cost-effective prices

House of Etiquette launches its new Spring latex fashion line, Devotee, at Toronto Alternative Fashion Week, on April 28th. When asked about what to expect on the runway, designer Ashley Davies tells us to “Expect a fetishistic take on retro looks, and tailoring designed to enhance a woman’s figure.” Some of the highlights are a floor length, figure-hugging, flared latex gown that laces up to a posture collar, high waist skirts, panties and a corset that features a new House of Etiquette print. “We really wanted to launch our website with strong latex basics, stuff every classy or kinky woman should have in her closet

Designer Heidi Patterson has been a friend of Skin Two for some time and we met up recently to talk about her new line of affordable and stylish basic latex… “I’ve been a big fan of latex for many years now. I trained as a fashion designer and a visit to the studio of Danish label NPNG (No Pain No Gain) kindled my interest in latex fashion in 2003.” “I began learning how to craft latex clothing while assisting NPNG, and have been perfecting my skills ever since through my new label, Essential Latex and a higher end line called Strange Lifeforms.” “With Essential Latex, I offer a very basic range of well made latex at extremely reasonable prices, because I know how daunting it is to build a latex wardrobe from scratch, and how common it is to make ghastly mistakes in the beginning!” “The line was conceived as it became more apparent that latex collectors were still at the mercy of unscrupulous eBay listings or potentially risky knock-offs. Essential Latex will flatter you and kickstart your wardrobe so you can add colour, accessories and other exciting pieces later on, as you learn what you like best in latex.” You can see and buy Heidi’s stylish Essential Latex label here… www.essentiallatex.com
